We offer a 30-day return policy for all orders within India.
You may return your item within 30 days from the date of delivery if:

The jewelry must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.

All tags, certificates, and boxes must be included.

💰 Refund & Store Credit
For all orders originating from India, we do not issue direct monetary refunds.
Instead, we will issue a store credit (Mooneye Gift Card) equal to your product’s value (excluding the original shipping charges).
Here’s how it works:

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, you will be notified of the approval status.

If approved, a store credit will be issued within 7 business days.

You can use this gift card on any future purchase from Mooneye.in.
Return Shipping Costs:

Return shipping must be arranged by the customer.

Upon providing valid proof of courier expense, we will issue an additional gift card equal to your return shipping cost.
